- Federal Emergency Management Agency (“FEMA”) for the purposes of determining your eligibility to participate in our Services and FEMA program;

5. Use of Tracking Technologies
Some of the features on our Website may require the use of “cookies” - small text files that are stored on your device’s hard drive. You may delete and block all cookies from our Website, but parts of our Website may not work.

- HotJar: HotJar is used to help understand users’ experience (e.g., how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what users do and don’t like, etc.) enabling CRMP and its agents to build and maintain Services with user feedback. Our third-party advertising service providers may use web beacons to recognize you and to collect information about your visit and your interaction with our ads. 6. Do Not Track Signals

7. Children Under 16
Our Website is not intended for or directed to individuals who are under the age of sixteen (16) and we do not solicit nor knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of sixteen (16).
