How CRMP Works
The CRMP process is used to enhance resource management. The process is very flexible.
The goals of the participants determine how simple or complex the process will be. The following
step-by-step outline of the CRMP process represents a starting point and guide for groups. Many
variations are successful, although most CRMP efforts include a majority of the steps outlined on
the following pages.
