Cooperating Agencies and Organizations (This page is under construction) In 1990, 15 State and Federal Natural Resources Agencies and one non-profit organization signed the California Coordinated Resource Management and Planning Memorandum of Understanding. which states that the signatories support and will encourage the use of the CRMP process for local voluntary natural resource management. This MOU also creates the structure for the California CRMP Council. The Council's purpose is to educate local groups about the process and concepts and assist them with their organizational and technical needs. These services are delivered through the Program Director and each agency's field staff. Each signatory agency/organization commits time and resources to supporting and creating the services provided by the CRMP Council.
